Genesis Bicycle Club membership and associated items are only available for delivery to the UK.
Delivery for all membership packages is free.
No matter which membership package you choose, you won’t pay a penny for delivery. Your membership package will be dispatched within 28-days of request.
Delivery for all orders over £50 is free.
All orders under £50 are subject to a £5.95 delivery charge. All memberships qualify for free delivery.
Estimated delivery date for standard delivery is 2-3 working days.
Exceptions apply to items being delivered to non-UK mainland locations and remote areas.
Deliveries take place between 8am and 8pm, Monday to Saturday.
UK Next Working Day Delivery - £9.95
Order before 1pm for next working day delivery.
Orders placed between 1pm Thursday and 12.59pm Friday will be delivered the following Monday.
Orders placed after 1pm Friday will be delivered the following Tuesday.
We're sorry, but we can't offer next day delivery to non-UK mainland locations, Ireland, Northern Ireland or remote areas.
Deliveries take place between 8am and 8pm Monday to Friday.
Standard Northern Ireland Delivery - £10
Due to Brexit we are experiencing increased delivery costs and ongoing delays with our shipping partners. We are working hard on resolving these issues and apologise for any inconvenience caused.
We are unable to offer our normal FREE delivery over £50 to Northern Ireland. Standard delivery will incur a £10 delivery charge.
Next day delivery is unavailable to Northern Ireland.
Delivery to Remote Areas - Standard
Unfortunately, if you live in a Northern Ireland, highlands, island or rural postcode, due to distance delivery may take longer than 7 working days and incur additional charges, however we will do our very best to get your order to you as quickly as possible. We are also unable to offer next day delivery to these locations:
Channel Islands
£9.60 for under 2kg and £24 for over 2kg
Isle of Man
£8 for under 2kg and £20 for over 2kg

Delivery FAQs
I’ve ordered a membership pack – when will it arrive?
All membership packs should arrive 28-days from placing your order.
When will I know that my order has been dispatched?
You will be sent an order confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.
Will I need to sign for my order?
In normal circumstances yes, however our courier partners have currently paused the requirement for a signature on delivery to protect you and the delivery team. They may ask for a name and take a photograph to confirm proof of delivery.
I missed my delivery, what happens next?
If a courier attempts to make a delivery when no one is home, they'll leave a card to let you know what you should do next. In most cases they may get a neighbour to sign for your parcel, or try to redeliver the following day. All your choices will be listed on the card along with a contact number.
Can I change my delivery details after my order has been placed?
No, for security reasons once an order has been placed you can't change your delivery address. This is to protect customers from address fraud and orders being redirected to an unauthorised address after a purchase has been made.
